Mr. Vasudeo Joshi, Director, Prolific Systems & Technologies Private Limited (Prolific) has 24 years of experience of production and automation technologies deployed in the Indian industry, credit rating of leading Indian corporates, and international investment banking experience involving fund management and investment research.
After graduation he worked for Tata Motors, India’s leading commercial vehicles manufacturer, for 4 years (1986-1990). He successfully completed various productivity improvement projects in various divisions during the first 2 years of his training stint in Tata Motors. He was made Production-in-Charge for Tata Mobile (India’s 1st pick up vehicle) final assembly and welding line. He was given accelerated promotions for his excellent contribution towards establishing higher production norms on the final assembly line.
Mr. Joshi left JFIAM and joined HSBC Securities and Capital Markets India Private Limited as Head, Institutional Equity Research and eventually became the Director and Deputy Head of Securities. He was the Member of the executive committee, management committee and was on the Board of HSBC Securities and Capital markets. He was heading the research Team of India equity analysts. He was the Strategist on Indian equity markets and was performing as the sales coordinator between research and sales.
Subsequent to that, he joined Man Financial as Head, Institutional Equity Research and was instrumental in getting the India Strategy product ranked in Top 10 investment banking firms operating in India. As a part of the management team on the institutional equities business, he was instrumental in enhancing the market share of the business.
Since year 2007, at Prolific, Mr. Joshi looks after strategic planning, resource mobilization, and business development of some regional markets in India for Retail Training Business and Turnkey Projects activities involving Electrical (HT /LT – Industrial and Infrastructure), Instrumentation, and Control systems areas.

Mr. Vijay Baoney, has 20 years of experience of automation technologies deployed in the Indian industry, credit rating of leading Indian corporate, and international investment banking experience. Prior to joining Prolific, Mr. Vijay worked with leading financial institutions such as CRISIL, Jardine Fleming (now, JP Morgan India), HSBC group and MF Global Securities at senior positions.
During his tenure at CRISIL, Jardine Fleming, HSBC and MF Global his main job involved financial analysis of company’s financials, making presentations of financial analysis to investors and training of junior staff on financial concepts such as P&L, cash flow statement, NPV calculations, time value of money, IRR and capitalization concepts. He authored research reports on global IT companies including Infosys, Wipro and TCS. He also authored high profile research on Asian steel industry.
His research was highly appreciated by industry, investment managers and was ranked by Asia Money, Institutional investors and Euro Money amongst best research analyst for his value added research on Asian stocks and Asian capital markets.
He worked as Head- Asia Pacific Sales at MF - Global and was responsible for building Asia Pacific Institutional Equities business.
Currently, he is Managing Director with Prolific and is responsible for finance, training development and delivery of customized training. He is also responsible for resource mobilization and M&A at Prolific.
He has conducted several seminars and training programs on finance, management strategy, change management and soft skills for global audience.

Mr. Rajeush has a cumulative experience of over 22 years in control systems, switch gear based electrical solutions, turnkey solutions and high tension electrical systems. He has worked as Senior Engineer with L&T in automation and control systems division for 8 year prior to joining Prolific.
During his tenure at L&T, he was instrumental in commissioning several critical control systems and electrical project. He has done pioneering work on automated testing solution for testing electrical equipments such as transformers, motors and cables. He has built a strong clientele for electrical equipment testing solution that include global corporations such as ABB, Areva, Crompton Greaves, TSS, BHEL to name a few.
Currently, he is CEO and Director with Prolific and is responsible for SBU - Electrical Equipment Testing division. He has also delivered several training programs and workshops on leadership development and soft skills training.

Mr. Ganesh has about 17 years work experience in Automation and Control Systems, HT/LT and electrical distribution field with expertise on Design, PLC, DCS, SCADA Application development, erection, commissioning and technical training. Mr. Ganesh successfully completed several turn-key automation projects involving automation of utilities and manufacturing process in private sector as well as erection and commissioning of switch yards, overhead and underground line work in urban and rural areas.
Prior to joining Prolific, Mr. Ganesh worked with Intellution Group, a global industrial automation SCADA company for about 3 years and was responsible for designing automation solutions, erection and commissioning of control systems, instrumentation and electrical projects.
His responsibilities also included customer training of the client staff in the technical areas such as power distribution, safety, power management and preventive maintenance of critical electrical equipments.
Mr. Ganesh has been working with Prolific as Director & COO for over 10 years and is responsible for Retail and Institutional Training. He has delivered over 150 advanced training programs for reputed companies such as Reliance, Apar, Essar Group, Aditya Birla Group and Siemens. He has conducted training for several in-house batches of working professionals on control systems, SCADA, DCS, electrical technologies, electrical safety, and modern ways of erection /commissioning of electrical equipments apart giving technical seminars to over 200 colleges all across India.
